"Championing Learners for Life" is an after school and summer program designed to engage youth in positive activities to prevent delinquency during out of school time. Participants range in age from 5-15 years. The program includes several components: tutoring, health and nutrition, money management for kids, conflict resolution, and service learning. Our health and nutrition and service learning components allows us to partner with the 4-H club and Daily Food Book to conduct food drives for needy families and teach students how the slightest form of malnutrition can effect learning. We have a specialized program for children who participate in sports and extra curricular activities known as Champions on and off the Field.

D.I.V.A.S. teaches young ladies ages 7-18 to Dream, be Inspired, Visualize, Achieve and Succeed regardless of the emotional and environmental odds they may face. It serves as a mentoring program that pairs young girls with successful local female entrepreneurs, business professionals and any woman who has a story to share that will inspire young ladies.  D.I.V.A.S meets monthly and participates in quarterly trips that expose the young ladies to various cultures and the arts.

Our mentors are required to make a minimum one year commitment to their mentee and engage in weekly contact.  The goals designed for each mentee seek to develop full academic competency, develop and maintain interpersonal relationships, develop a personal mission and practice personal goal setting.

Supplemental Educational Services (SES) is a free federally-funded tutoring program offered at qualifying Title I Schools.  Qualifying students can receive tutorial support in the areas of reading, mathematics, and/or science.  Any child who attends a Title I school that has not met adequate yearly progress for two consecutive years and receives free or reduced price lunch is eligible for SES. Parent may register their child at school, on the school district's website or at provider fairs offered throughout the school districts. To choose our program, you must select Champion Learning, provider number 0417, as your child's service provider.
